Biography

Wallace Coaching and consulting was founded by Cera Wallace. Over the past 14 years she has owned and operated Alpha Preparatory Academy where she trains, lead, and guide early educators in various areas of development. She is extremely passionate about making a lasting impact on our future generation. Also, she is a Certified Jack Canfield coach on the success principles but like to demonstrate the principles from a Christian perspective.

In 2003, she moved to Atlanta where she started working with the Federal Reserve in their ACH department. However, she felt a call to higher service to truly make a difference. This is where she decided to pursue the passion that was burning deep within to make a difference. She soon went on to complete her Post bachelorette degree in social science education, since her bachelors was in Economics and Management. Later, she went on the complete her Masters in Curriculum and Instructions- a few years later she became a certified Jack Canfield coach and a trainer with Georgia department of Early Care and Learning in Georgia. She is now developing and writing her own training courses that will provide teachers, administrators, and students with the support they need inside and outside of the classroom.

After years of training ECE staff, empowering others, and after receiving encouragement from her husband and others, she decided to start Wallace Consulting and coaching. As the president of the company, she conducts extensive research in the lasted best practices and strategy to bring to the field an authentic way that provides quality and relatable information in all her courses.
